Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of jobs are done with a photo, a gate code and a text when we’re done. If it’s curbside or in an open driveway, you don’t need to move a thing.
What does the price include?
Labor, loading, driving and the dump or recycling fees. The only thing that changes the number is if the pile has grown since the photo, and we’d tell you before loading.
What happens to my stuff?
Anything usable goes to local charities and reuse centers. Metal, e-waste, cardboard and mattresses go to recyclers. Landfill is the last stop, not the first.
Can you get it out of the house?
Yes. Upstairs, basements, side yards, storage units. That’s the job — you shouldn’t be dragging a sleeper sofa down a staircase.
How do I pay?
When the truck is loaded and you’re happy with the space. Card or cash, and you get a receipt by text.
